The City of Dexter was honored to welcome retired U.S. Air Force veteran Paul Burns to City Hall on the morning of June 25 as part of his nationwide journey to honor the American flag and the communities he visits.

Burns is traveling across the 50 states carrying the American flag presented to him upon his retirement from the U.S. Air Force. During his visit to Dexter, he met with city employees and local veterans, who gathered to welcome him and thank him for his military service and continued dedication to honoring veterans and communities across the country.

The City of Dexter is grateful to Paul Burns for including our community on his journey and wishes him safe travels as he continues his mission across America.
