Before Coming to Court please call 573-624-4174 to verify that your trial, hearing, or pre-trial docket has not been cancelled or rescheduled. You must be dressed appropriately for Court. Tank/halter/mid-drift, strapless tops, short shorts, muscle shirts, hats or bare feet are not permitted. Cell phones must be turned completely off before entering the courtroom. Please appear 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals or a failure to appear may result in a warrant for your arrest.

Payments to Court: You may pay in person by check made payable to City of Dexter, cash, money order, online or debit/credit card (convenience fee applies). If you are currently unable to pay your fine and cost in full, you may request a Payment Plan for payment of your fines and cost by appearing on your court date.
